The World Economic Forum published their annual study this past week. Two years in a row, the U.S. ranks 5th in its use of technology and communications. Canada was in 8th place. Not bad, right?
More troubling are the U.S, math and science educational rankings. 52nd place. Dismal.
So we're using technology, but for what, exactly?
